Welding

All weld procedures and procedure qualifications are performed per the requirements of ASME Section IX and other codes as required.

Non-Destructive Examination

The following techniques are carried out by ABI certified personnel according to American BOA's internal written practices as well as SNT-TC-1A in the appropriate levels (I, II, and III) as required.

· Dye Penetrant Examination
· Radiographic Examination
· Magnetic Particle Examination
· Visual Examination
· Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing
· Pneumatic Leak Testing
· Hydraulic Leak Testing
· CWI Weld Inspection (Certified by American Welding Society)

In addition to the testing provided above, a contracted accredited metallurgical laboratory provides services such as material failure analysis, corrosion failure analysis, and chemical analysis.
