BOA's automated forming process is exceptionally fast and provides our customers consistent high quality bellows at competitive prices. A thin walled cylinder is expanded into external dies by hydraulic pressure inside. These parallel convolutions are formed in the cylinder which accommodates multi-directional movements and are unaffected by friction unlike other mechanical devices.
