We have designed and built multiple bespoke Validation Testing and Acceptance Testing systems which enable us to operate flexible elements at extremely high pressures to simulate movement at operating parameters. We have the capability to perform pneumatically and hydraulically pressurized fatigue testing, spring rate verification, vibration testing, pressure cycling, and environmental testing to name a few. Depending on the program, these can be used as either design verification or flight article acceptance test tools.
